Introducing HealthProtect

Certified care.Verified by HealthProtect.

The first end-to-end trust standard for telehealth. HealthProtect continuously verifies FDA-compliant claims, provider and pharmacy licensure, identity, and business legitimacy — so the brands you run and the patients you serve know exactly where trust ends and proof begins.

The standard

No other telehealth platform certifies like this.

Four pillars of continuous, automated verification. Pick one to see how HealthProtect keeps it in good standing — every hour, every deploy, every dispense.

FDA Aligned

HealthProtect AI ingests every marketing claim, intake question, dosage line, and consent screen on your site — measured against FDA guidance in real time.

  • Off-label language flagged automatically
  • Intakes grammatically and vernacularly correct
  • Re-scanned on every deploy

HealthProtect AI

Every page. Every hour. Always certified.

When a brand applies, HealthProtectAI scans their live site — pulling claims, providers, pharmacies, and owners against authoritative sources. It keeps scanning after launch, so the badge never sits on a site that's drifted.

A first for healthcare

HealthProtectStripe

Stripe vets every platform that processes regulated healthcare payments. HealthProtect is the first to clear that bar — validated for compliance, risk, and merchant integrity across the stack.

How it works

Verification, not paperwork.

HealthProtect is automated. Every check runs continuously, powered by HealthProtect AI and the live regulatory and licensure data we already pipe through the HealthProtect platform.

  1. Step 01

    HealthProtect AI scans your surface.

Every marketing claim, intake question, consent flow, and provider-facing script is ingested and evaluated against FDA guidance, state-level telehealth rules, and grammatical/vernacular correctness — then re-scanned on every change.

  2. Step 02

    We verify every provider, live.

Prescribing providers are cross-referenced against state medical-board licensure databases in the patient's state — not just the provider's home state — and re-checked continuously.

  3. Step 03

    We audit the pharmacy network.

Every medication is traced to an FDA-approved manufacturer, licensed retail/specialty pharmacy, or 503A compounding facility. Dispensing protocols and pharmacist licensure are audited to USP guidelines.

  4. Step 04

    We screen the business.

Ownership, leadership, and operating entities are screened against BBB, FTC, and third-party identity/background services. Any change in beneficial ownership re-triggers the check.

Once you’re certified

Wear the badge.

Telehealth brands, pharmacies, and doctor groups that are HealthProtect-verified can display the badge anywhere on their site with a one-line embed. It verifies live — which means it only renders while your certification is active. If anything lapses, it disappears on its own.

Pharmacy & medications

Every pill traces back to a verified source.

A HealthProtect brand can prove where every medication comes from, who dispensed it, and that every step met USP guidelines — without a spreadsheet.

  • FDA-approved manufacturing

Non-compounded medications originate from FDA-approved manufacturing facilities, traceable to lot and NDC.

  • Licensed retail & specialty pharmacies

Dispensing is routed through licensed retail, specialty, and mail-order pharmacies — verified state-by-state for the patient's location.

  • 503A compounding, audited

When compounding is clinically appropriate, we only route to 503A-licensed facilities audited for USP <795>, <797>, and <800> adherence.

  • Pharmacist licensure, per patient state

The dispensing pharmacist's license is verified in the patient's state of residence — not just the pharmacy's — on every fill.

Domain integrity

The domain on the badge is the domain they actually own.

Card networks flag merchants whose operating entity doesn't match the domain collecting payments. HealthProtectbinds every brand to a domain we've verified end-to-end — DNS control, registrar, and the entity behind it all line up.

  • DNS control proven

Apex-domain TXT/CNAME challenge cleared before certification ever issues — only the actual operator of the domain can pass it.

  • Registrar match

Domain registrant is reconciled against the legal entity that signs the HealthProtect agreement. Mismatches block the cert.

  • Badge bound to domain

The live badge fails closed if served from any domain other than the certified one. No copy-paste impersonation, no rehosted trust.

  • Continuous re-check

Registrar transfers, nameserver swaps, and expiration risk re-trigger verification — not once at onboarding.

  • BBB accreditation

Operating entities are screened against Better Business Bureau accreditation and complaint history.

  • FTC compliance history

Business and leadership checked against FTC consent decrees, pending actions, and advertising enforcement.

  • Beneficial-ownership verification

Ultimate beneficial owners are KYC'd through third-party identity and background services — no shell structures.

  • Continuous re-screening

Any change in ownership, corporate structure, or leadership re-triggers the check — not once at onboarding.

Business legitimacy

The brand behind the brand is real.

Telehealth has a shell-company problem. HealthProtect solves it by screening the actual humans and entities behind every certified brand — continuously, against authoritative third-party sources.
